DAVE MORGAN, founder of Real Media and TACODA, has become chairman and a partner in The Tennis Company, owner of TENNIS.com, TENNIS and SMASH Magazines, and partners in the Pacific Life Open and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden.

Agency.com Chicago hired BRAD WILLIAMS as creative director and RUSSELL UNGER as senior information architect.

JULIE ROTHMAN joined Oxygen Media as vice president, communications. Rothman will be responsible for the network’s media relations, publicity and corporate communications. Rothman most recently served as vice president of east coast entertainment publicity for NBC.

KATHY CRAWFORD is retiring from MindShare. She served as president of local broadcast for MindShare North America, since 2003.

Deutsch New York hired YOUNG LEE and BRENT VARTAN as senior vice president, group planning director, and vice president, group planning director, respectively. Both will work on clients such as Starwood, USAA and IKEA.

OLSON named STEVE HANSON general manager/chief operations officer for the Minneapolis office and BILL FIRING managing director of the San Francisco office.

Tremor Media hired MARK PINNEY as global CFO. He joins Tremor from AOL’s Platform A, where he was the head of business planning.

YCD Multimedia named CARTER ETHERINGTON as chief marketing officer. Etherington was previously director of content distribution & partnership marketing at MTV Networks, where he launched and distributed emerging brands including Logo & MTV TR3S.

Blue Plate Media Services hired EDWARD WEBER as media planner. Most recently, Weber served as media planner for Initiative Media.

Unit7 promoted STEVE CAPP to chief creative officer. He was most recently group creative director.

n-tara interactive hired TIM STORY and SUZANNE SOWARDS-HAMM as directors of business development.

IAN M. BARDORF joined Red Knight Advisors, an Internet marketing and advertising consulting group. Bardorf was formerly the director of business development at Catalyst Search Marketing.

Siegel+Gale promoted DAVID KEEFE to global director, media and entertainment. He previously served as vice president of business development for media and entertainment.

Collective Media hired ANDREW KRAFT as general manager of publisher solutions; VERONICA MATHIESON as vice president of marketing; and LEE LEVITAN as vice president of finance and operations.

MediaCorp named ZITA ONG as managing director of its publishing business. Most recently, Ong served as regional sales & marketing director, Asia for ACP Magazines.

Blogtalkradio hired PHILIP RECCHIA as director of programming and communications. He will oversee all on-air, editorial and communications efforts.

Saatchi & Saatchi LA named PAUL MARESKI as president. Mareski joins the agency from Team One, where served as executive director, overseeing the Lexus National and Dealer Association Business.

DANA DRAZIN joined Real Networks as eastern regional sales manager.

Sigma Group promoted CARL SORVINO to creative director, interaction and KRISTIN EHRGOTT to marketing specialist. The agency also hired ANGELA FALZARANO as account director and JOE SCHORN as senior interactive designer.

Aegis Media North America promoted ADRIENNE SCORDATO to vice president, director of corporate communications. In this position, Scordato spearheads public relations and corporate communications initiatives and strategies for Aegis Media North America and its units including: Carat, Isobar, Vizeum and Posterscope USA.

Real Time Content hired CRAIG CALDER as its chief marketing officer.

Cramer-Krasselt named BRIAN MANDELBAUM vice president/interactive group media director. Prior to joining C-K, Mandelbaum was the director of interactive at Saatchi & Saatchi/New York where he oversaw all digital strategy, media and integrations across brands such as Cold Stone Creamery, Reynolds, Miller High Life and Wendy’s.

CAROLE SMITH was named vice president of research at ION Media Networks. Smith joins ION from VH1, CMT and Logo, where she served as vice president of research.

KEVIN WILK was named vice president of west sales for NebuAd.
